Tomorrow night at the Purple Onion, I’m doing a benefit show for the makers of this sweet poster, Communities for a Better Environment. The benefit begins at 6 PM, and the standup gets going at 8. Chevron’s expanded refinery plans may cause a host of respiratory illnesses, but laughter is the best medicine! Well, the best besides donations, environmental legislation, court-ordered construction halts, and actual medicine.
Friday at 10, and Saturday at 8 and 10, it’s regular standup shows, benefiting only the organizers and your own funny bones. Check it out.
