“Bay Bridge”: Earned points for timeliness, for use of white Christmas lights out of season, and general attention to detail, like a broken cable and a dangling car. Lost points for reminding everyone of how much we hate the Bridge, and for the look of despair in the wearer’s eyes when he announced he had to use the bathroom - somehow. B plus.
“Sexy CalTrans worker” - Timely but lazy. The orange vest is so unsexy that short skirts are an Insufficient counterweight. C minus.
“Guy sort of dressed as Liberace if Liberace was a vampire, with a female doll attached to his crotch so it looked like she was fellating him” - Costume incorrectly depicted Liberace’s sexuality, plus that guy kept staring at my crotch. I was wearing a flesh-colored bodsuit, but still! D.
